Our vision is a world where orangutans are free from the threat of extinction and can live in the wild, unharmed by humans.

Adopt an orphaned orangutan
Orangutans are on the brink of extinction. Help provide the care and rehabilitation
they need to return to the wild.
The Problem
There are numerous threats to the viability of the remaining wild orangutan population in Indonesia and Malaysia. The primary threat is the loss of habitat with up to 80% of suitable forest in Indonesia and Malaysia having been lost in the past 20 years. Other threats, which often go hand-in-hand with the destruction of the rainforest, are the illegal pet trade and poaching.

New record!🥇
Temon and Lahei are geniuses when it comes to mastering survival skills.
At just 5 and 6 years old, they are the youngest orangutans in our care to have reached the pre-release island stage.
Typically, orangutans are between 8 and 10 years old before they are ready to live independently on an island. However, Lahei and Temon are far ahead of their peers.
Way to go, Temon and Lahei! You are showing everyone what is possible with excellent caretakers and teachers.👏

I couldn't believe happier for these two smartypants 😍😍😍
Jessica McClure look at these smarties !!!! 😍
Temon and Lahei are so lovable.
Absolutely gorgeous
I hope the big guy isn't there. He may hurt them. 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Emilia Twemlow Jacob Twemlow my absolute favourite animal 😍 just love orangutans. We've got to visit Borneo 🙏
What is so sad about this is that under normal circustances, they would still be with their mothers for another 2-3 years. I am glad that they are getting closer to an authentic orangutan life, though.

I wish you all a good long and safe life❤️
